Opportunities to Serve as a College Mentor

By providing trained mentors to our community youth, Oasis College Connection increases the capacity of our partners to implement quality college access planning. These highly trained mentors we call paraprofessionals. Paraprofessional is a term used on college and university campuses, most notably in career centers where you see trained college students helping other college students with building resumes and improving their interviewing skills.

As an OCC mentor you will build relationships with our youth and provide extremely valuable interaction and assistance, helping them learn the skills that are essential to advocating for their educational success.
